What a Service Involves

1. Initial system testing
- Vent temperatures and gauge pressures are checked against recommended levels. A refrigerant identifier is used at this stage to verify system content.
2. Recovery of system refrigerant This is recovered and weighed
3. Checking of system and related components. This includes drive belts, pipes and hoses, evaporator drain tube, pollen filter, condenser and electrics.
4. Check heater and control flap operations
5. Check compressor oil level and replace drier
(Bi annual service only)
6. System evacuation - A vacuum is applied to remove moisture and air which can damage the system.
7. Charging
- Recommended gas and oil charges are added following thorough leak checking.
